With the development of multimedia, the media have spread and grown like strawberry plants. The
multimedia garden is full of flowers, but is it in our interests to have a garden full of only one species? Strawberries are beautiful, sweet, desirable and easy to eat. Obviously there are other plants in the media garden, but it’s becoming more and more difficult to develop and grow from the root system set down by the strawberry. So when, in a garden of cloned plants, the discovery of new weeds like the Iconstimes project really makes us happy. On the one hand, they trawl media from all over the world and select the most interesting articles for us to read, and, on the other, they use an iconic illustration that gets straight to the heart of the news article to present their choice to us.
