The photos published here come from my “Memory’s Map” project. It’s a collection of people, places, moments and objects that move me.
The initial idea behind the project was to shoot in analogue. I don’t know why, but there are many things I can’t stand in digital format. It’s not for technical reasons, it’s a matter of sensations.
They’re special sensations, taking a film to be revealed, forgetting which photos are on a film (and not being able to wipe them off), being able to enjoy imperfections ... It’s a lot of things that are difficult to explain or to justify, but they do exist and I love them.
