Sooner or later, these two authors had to work together. Brossa used words to create images. Madoz images to create poetry. They create new personalities for objects out of the daily routine. The basis of these words and images is irony, the absurd and the game. However, they are up to the same thing: suggestion. This book collects the work of these two creatorswho pursue a poetic effect; a gift for readers and spectators.

There is a quote by Igor Stravinsky at the beginning of the book: “a talented composer copies; a genius steals” This books says that Mozart was a DJ and that the art of mixing music always existed. Moreover, it announces that it was precisely this mix that enriches music. The book is divided into tracks and its author collects the main music movements of the 20th and 21st centuries. At the end, there is an interesting dictionary of words related to music styles published under the license of Creative Commons. We have to thank the dream dealers of Madrid for this treasure.

We already talked about the first chapter of this graphic novel. Now we want to let you know that the second one has also been published. The graphic novels published in chapters run the risk of being lost because of their length. In this second chapter and after the death of his beloved friend, Lupus finds a new one, Sanaa. The Bonnie and Clide of the future run away and show the reader that, even if the future is full of spaceships and new technologies, the human being still suffers, loves, takes drugs and feels.

The surfing culture has always been seen from many points of view. On this book, the surfers have the floor. The interesting part is to discover how their stories have to do with each other: they have to “socialize” their first surf board from the cars of the foreigners, and many more stories. This is story of many generations and even if the stories of the first surfers are enchanting, the others’ aren’t. On the other hand, for those who don’t know the atmosphere of the Gros beach, this could be a distant piece of work.
